hello,
I'm still very new to TVPaint but I was wondering if it's possible to recreate Photoshop's stroke tool in this program. The stroke tool is more of a layer style in PS, which allows your stroke to be outlined. I find it nice to use when I animate in PS sometimes, to focus more on movement and less on fussing with the lines of a drawing. Especially for organic movements like those of plants.
I tried creating a brush like this in TVPaint, but I didn't get beyond this:
Anyway, in PS it looks like this:
I guess there's a reason why this is a layer style, not an actual brush.
Any thoughts on doability?
Can I recreate Photoshop's "stroke" tool in TVPaint?

the TVP watercolour brush creates such an outline, but maybe you need to enhance the contrast afterwards. And there's a "border" FX you can use as well.

Try using ADD drawing mode instead of COLOR drawing mode...
