[Help!!] TVP File won’t open

Hello!
I've been working on a project for just over a year now and it’s near completion, but unfortunately as I was working one of the files for the project my computer crashed and after restarting the file just won't’t open and crashes the program when trying to open it.
The file data isn’t too heavy and the data still shows up (532MB), I also haven’t received any pop ups stating that the file is corrupted/Bad File messages so I assume the data is all still there but despite everything I’m unable to open the file. I unfortunately don’t have any extra back ups and I’m admittedly a little desperate to try and recover this, even if there’s a little bit missing since the file itself is nearly completed.
