brand new mac, tv paint not working

Hello, ive had tv paint since 2017, i have the 11.0 pro. I recently had to get a new mac, however I've tried everything to reinstall tv paint but no matter what it is not detecting the dongle. it is both plugged in and lighting up green. i figured id try troubleshooting by uninstall tv and reinstalling but now I am. alsoo running into the issue of tvpaint not uninstalling. It got stuck for 1 hour trying to "remove from my computer" but the bar just sat full and was overheating my mac.

any fixes/ help?

You need to install the newest Sentinel driver. It's included in the TVP install package.
