recurring startup issue

Asking for someone I work with.

"every time I start TVP it asks me to accept the license agreement... not a big deal but does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?...when I accept the agreement TVP starts and runs normally. "

This is Standard license v 11 running on Mac OS 10.15.6. This didn't happen on our other computers (including mine) which have the same version of license, exact same computer configuration.

Is there a library file that could be corrupted? Or some kind of switch that needs to be flipped in the Preferences?

Any suggestions would be helpful, thanks!
