I need help with TV paint installer. Where is it?

Hi TV paint it's me David again. I wrote a post on here a little while ago asking if I could get some help. I ordered TV paint over a month ago, I received the dongle in the mail. But I still do not have the link for the installer under my account. I really want to get started with TV paint. My account should be under the ******* email. Thanks a lot I really hope I can start using TV paint soon.
