This might seem a ridiculous question, but I couldn't solve it. I want to copy and paste a drawing onto another existing frame, but when I paste it, it doesn't get pasted on the existing frame, but rather on a new separate frame. How do I paste in on the frame I want? Thanks

Select an image, then click and drag the image to the frame you want to copy it to , release it. There are three different modes you can choose from as you release the image: Copy , Insert , Move . Each behaves slightly different. (see the links to the User Manual above and also see the video below).
I always just mark the frame, press CTRL+C, mark another frame and press CTRL+V, while the method David mentions is surely superior I thought I should mention it too

Hey D.T. I found this super helpful but i still do not know how you’re selecting the frame. Are you holding down a key to select the frames?
Ive tried googling this but i cant seem to find the answer.
