I cannot open TVP professional Animation 11.5

I cannot open the program. And my computer is MacOS Catalina 10.15.17. I have downloaded the TVP program and the CodeMeter. But the TVP said that I Start an Error. And I put the screenshot in the attachments. Please help me with this problem, thank you:).

Have you installed the licence ? check your emails
