Unknown file format

Hi everyone,
There's this file, and when I try to go into one of the clips, a message "unknown file format" pops up and TVPaint Is blocked. means I can't access it anymore

os: mojave 10.14.6
TVPaint 11 pro 11.0.6. 64-bits
tvpp file size is roughly 1.4gb

anyone had (a solution for) this problem before?

Can you try to update to version 11.5.1 (the latest one) and see if you still have the same error message?
