TV paint not working Topic is solved

Hi there, I got tv paint awhile ago and I wanted to try using it again. But whenever I try to login, it does not identify my dongle. I am using a 2018 MacBook Pro and the operating software is Mac OS Big Sur versions 11.2.2. I tried sending TV paint an email awhile ago but I never heard from them. Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone? I would really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.
