My question seems stupid but I really didn't find an answer,
How can I merge two frames (from the same layer) together?

Split the layer, or copy one frame and paste in new layer, place the two frames on top of each other, merge those two layers.

Sometimes I use cutting tool for that. Make brush from one layer and palce on top of other
