Cheap Android Drawing Tablets?

I'm looking for something more portable than a Cintiq 16 to use with a laptop, and was thinking about cheap Android tablets for drawing. I've tried googling and saw the Samsung Galaxy Tab A recommended for drawing on Android, but all the pages I have seen - like https://www.lapseoftheshutter.com/best- ... r-drawing/ - don't specifically cover TVPaint, which is annoying.

So, is the Tab A a good plan for a cheap Android tablet that is secondary to a Cintiq? Or are there are other recommendations?

Any Adroid tablet without active stylus ( Spen or other) would be terrible for TVpaint. Touch screen is not well optimized in TV paint, so it's impractical without an accurate pointing device. Further more, the lack of S-Pen mean no pressure sensitive or palm rejection, the lack of the later would already make Tvpaint unusable even if you try finger painting. The tab A model you mentioned doesn't have S-pen, so it's out of the question.

If you have a bit more fund and can find a good deal, the tab S6 Lite could be found for 250$ -300$ with S-pen included ( but be aware that some users experienceg screen ghosting after long time usage)

400_450$ might get you a Tab S7 Fe which is the best price for this size.

If your budget is more limited (sub200$), maybe look for used tablets, like tab S3, S4, or some Models of tab A with S-pen ( you must find a tab A model with pen in silo inside the tablet, you can't buy a regular Tab A without pen then buy the pen for it.)

Have you find anything yet? I'm looking for the same thing and the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite looks good.
It's just as big, specs look great and it's less than half the price. Hope everything will work fine.
