TVP 11 pro software - dongle not working with version 11.5

Hello TVP community

I just installed the updated version of TVP (11.5) onto my computer after it somehow got removed! Anyway my dongle isn't recognised. After following lots of advice on here I've given up and would like to install TVP11 which I know used to work. I can't find older versions of the TVP software. Does anyone know where I might find a MAC download link.

Hi, tvpaint dongle version dosen’t work on newer mac os. You shoud switch to dongless version. You should contact for support .

Thanks Tylos. My computer operating system is not new though its 10.11 El Capitan cant upgrade it because of other software not working. Just want to reinstall the previous version of TVPaint. I'll contact support thanks.

I have 10.11 as well and my older TVP 11 works with my old dongle. Has this changed, and when?

Hi Slowtiger hope you are well Nothings changed. My dongle works fine with TVP 11 on my laptop but TVP 11 has disappeared of my main computer and I installed the new TVP 11.5 and this won't work with my dongle. I'm just looking for where I can download the old TVP 11 as I know this will work fine.

That's why I keep all my installer files on a separate disk ... I was always paranoid about that, but two weeks ago I finally got rid of some Mac OS 8 install CDS and other stuff.

On some versions of MacOS you need to enable the kernel extension, after installing the dongle driver :
