dongle not recognized at start Topic is solved

hey there,

i am not able to run tvpaint. my dongle is not recognized while starting the program.
i changed the usb slots and the dongle always shows the green light.
i am working on a mac pro 6.1 with mac os x 10.14.6 mojave.
already uninstalled/reinstalled tvpaint with no result.
