Corrupted tvp file Topic is solved

My pc freezes and crashes a lot, I'm used to it and the worse that can happen is I lose progress on my works because I forgot to save constantly, but this is the first time I've had a file corrupt and idk what to do, when I try to open it Tv paint just loads forever. It works perfectly fine aside from this one file so I'm pretty sure it's corrupted.
