TVP 11.5.3 loses the option to save the file after ~20 min

Hi, as stated here the problem also affects TVPaint 11.0.10, which hasn't been touched since its release on march 2020.
So to me, such issue coming out of the blue would rather be related to a MacOS security update. Sorry for the inconvenience, we're looking for a solution but it may take time.

If you can, when it happens again please run this command from a terminal and send us the output : sudo dmesg | tail -300

Hello, I'm also having this issue but I'm still using Mojave with a dongle license. Luckily I still have a previous version of TVPaint I can use until there's a solution

Hi Xavier, I've been using 11.0.9 and it's been working perfectly fine, I can export and save no problem

Do you mean you ran it on your current system ? TVPaint 11.0.9 is from august 2019, MacOS Catalina didn't exist at that moment.

I never upgraded to Catalina, I'm currently using TVPaint11.0.9 on MacOS Mojave, I am a bit behind with my updates! I installed 11.5.3 onto my current system (MacOS Mojave) which is the version I am unable to save and export on. I am still able to use 11.0.9 and it is working perfectly, I hope that clears up any confusion!

Ok, THAT'S very weird. Between 11.0.9 and 11.5.3, is it the same dongle you use ?

Ok. Let's do it step by step : do you have the two versions in your Applications, or did you reinstall TVPaint 11.0.9 ?
If you reinstalled, then did you also install the dongle driver ?
