The autofit feature in timeline is one thing that I don't understand about TVPAINT all the time

Whenever I try to move the timeline when the selected layer is out of sight, the view automatically goes to the selected layer, which I mostly don't want to.

And, whenever I try to select another layer when the red line is out of sight, the view also automatically goes to the red line point, which I mostly don't want to either...

Any way to turn off that feature in Tvpaint? I found nothing to change that in preference setting.
