Brush renaming not working in 11.7

I updated to 11.7 yesterday, and the first thing I noticed was the names of all of the brushes, they are all changed to "XXX Brush", and then I tried to changed those names, but everytime I reopen tvpaint they get reset to default, how to solve it?

OS: Win10
Tablet: Cintiq 16

I confirm this bug on MacOS 12.5, TVPaint 11.7. I rename the brushes in the bin , them quit TVPaint , then later open TVPaint the customized brush names are gone and they only say "Brush".

Brushes named:

After closing and re-opening TVPaint the brush names have reverted to simply "Brush" -
