Help! TVpaint can not import any jpg or png ... image files

I recently downloaded the 11.7.1 Pro version on my windows.

I try to drag and drop an image (jpg. png none of them works). However, it will jump out a window saying the path can not find.
Or don't have an extension for it. But everything works on my mac, and the previous version.

Does anyone have this issue?

Yes, I tried import from the menu and drag & drop. Nothing works on my windows PC. Only working on mac. I wonder if anyone else have the issue.

Okay... I figured out why. I installed my Tvpaint to D drive. I have C D E division on my windows. Tvpaint can not find any file except D drive. The place installed itself.
a little bit weird. Don't know if this is a common problem or not.

May I know if your C and E drives are formatted in a different way?

They are exactly the same. CDE drive settings are by default I haven't changed anything at all.

Hello, looking at your problems on this thread and this one I am thinking that maybe resetting your TVPaint's configuration could help.

First, you can export your custom settings: https://www.tvpaint.com/doc/tvp11/index ... m-settings

Keep CTRL pressed when launching TVPaint via the desktop shortcut. The Startup Panel will appear. Using it, you can copy, delete or create a configuration file.

What I would like you to try is create a fresh config, run TVPaint with it and see if your problems persist. This way, you can return to your previous configuration from the Startup panel in case using a new config doesn't solve anything.
