11.7.1 Instance handles do not auto scroll the timeline Topic is solved

I noticed that the instance handles no longer auto scroll the timeline when dragged towards the edge of the window.

Hi, I recently reset my work PC so I reinstalled the same 11.7.1 with the latest hotfix. For some reason this problem solved itself. I can't reproduce this bug but it was really annoying me for a while!
