I just installed TVP on a new mac. I'm trying to animate a grid but the Line tool (straight line that is) keeps making TVP close abruptly without warning every 2 min. So far it's the only tool that seems to make it crash. Any clue what it could be?
System :
Mac Pro
Apple M2 Pro chip
Memory 16 GB
OS Ventura 13.5
TVP 11.7.2 - 64 bits
Cintiq 13HD with latest driver

Re: TVP 11.7.2 crash with the Line tool
No clue on my end , I can't duplicate the problem with the line tool causing a crash. (I animated a short scene using the line tool to animate random lines moving around for about 2 - 3 minutes , with and without a perspective Guideline turned on during part of that time, but could not make it crash). However, I'm on an older Intel Mac , running Mac OS 12.7 Monterey, not an M2 with Ventura.

Just a guess: did you have a larger custom brush selected before you select the line tool?

Re: TVP 11.7.2 crash with the Line tool
I don't see any logic in when it crashes - just seems to be linked to the straight line tool, but it's not systematic after a brush change or anything like that, it feels really random. I've done a workaround with using the guidelines to trace straight lines with the brush tool, but it's still incredibly frustrating!
