Hello
My software crashes after i try to load any file. The canvas just stays blank, there are no error messages, my mouse icon turns into the blue loading circle and i'm unable to close the software unless i use the task manager. I have a feeling this is because i launched TVpaint without my tablet plugged in, which i usually did.
Ive tried re installing many times, and this on two different PCs. It worked for a while on the 2nd one but now im just unable to work. None of the files are corrupt, i can upload them and other people can open them for me. Im an animation student and my license has been given to me by my school.
Tvpaint never uses more than 15% CPU after crash

- macOS 11 (Big Sur), 12 (Monterey), 13 (Ventura), 14 (Sonoma)...
- Windows 10 or 11...
- Linux Ubuntu 18.04+, Debian 6+, RedHat Entreprise Linux 7+
• What is your CPU and RAM.
• What is your software version (for example : TVPaint 10.5.7, TVPaint 11.7.2, etc...)
• What is your software edition (Standard or Professional)
• What is your Wacom (or other brand) Tablet and drivers version ?

You should probably contact TVPaint Support directly through their Contact Us form on the main TVPaint website: https://tvpaint.odoo.com/en_US/contactus
to see if perhaps they can set up a TeamViewer session to troubleshoot what is causing this.
I looked at the screencapture video you posted. The only thing that I noticed in the video is the file you are attempting to open wc2 does not have the .tvpp file extension.
What happens if you rename the file to append the .tvpp file extension to it ? (so the file name is wc2.tvpp ). I wonder if it won't open because it does not have the .tvpp extension as part of the file name ? Worth a try . But probably best to contact TVPaint Support via the Contact form.
