Blank Screen Unable to do anything

Here is a picture of my screen. There is no menu's or anything, I am unable to do anything. Is there some shortcut that does this ? If so how do I go back and get rid of that

Hello, did yourTVPaint appear like this overnight or was it following the pressing of a button? The default shortcut to hide everything besides your canvas is F11 but this seems to be one step further.
However, as your Light Table panel seems to be still available, I don't think this is a big new bug.
