Can I run tvpaint 11 on the M3 chip MacOS?
I'm planning to purchase a MacBook Pro with the latest M3 chip and was wondering if tvpaint will now work properly on a computer with an M3 chip?

Hi,
We haven't tested on the new M3 chips, but TVPaint should work on them anyway.

I think I have some problems with activating.
When I want to activate my tvpaint on my new M3 max chip Macbook Pro, it shows this
Starting license transfer.
Creating license request.
Error
Error during creation of license request. Please try again.

Hello, is the Codemeter driver installed and running when you try activation? Which version is it (it can be found from the "Codemeter" top menu bar section within Codemeter.
Also, are you trying to activate from Safari? If you are, please try from Chrome or Firefox instead.

Yes, the Codemeter driver is intalled and running, the lower left corner shows "CodeMeter service is running", but the status is Activation invalid.Dean wrote: ↑25 Mar 2024, 08:06 Hello, is the Codemeter driver installed and running when you try activation? I just upgraded the Codemeter to version 8.00a, and the problem is still here.Dean wrote: ↑25 Mar 2024, 08:06 Hello, is the Codemeter driver installed and running when you try activation? Which version is it (it can be found from the "Codemeter" top menu bar section within Codemeter.

I opened the CodeMeterWebAdmin, and found the status of my CmActLicense is "Locked".
Waiting for your answers, thank you.

Hi, I contacted you via PM, as this seems to be a deeper issue.

I have been having the same issues in my M1 Max chip Macbook. I run CodeMeter 8.0 and it says "activation invalid" and if I try activating through the website it says "Error during creation of license request. Please try again."

Hello, was your Macbook recently updated/formatted? Did it have its hard drive cloned via Time Machine?
Please send me a PM with a screenshot of your main Codemeter window, showing the "activation invalid" message.
