Color issue when using fill tool
Hey guys, is anyone else having this issue when using the fill tool? The color seems faded and the BG is seen. I have to fill twice and in some cases this doesn't help too. I've attached a few screenshots here to describe what I mean, any suggestions on how I could fix this please? Do I have to have a plain white BG when coloring? If there's no layer underneath, tvpaint defaults to having a white screen anyways so I'm not really sure if having a white BG layer will help at all..

Have you checked if there's a paper active?

Re: Color issue when using fill tool
The possible reasons why any colour isn't 100% opaque are:
- the layer is not set to 100% opacity
- the tool is set to less than 100% opacity
- the tool is set to less than 100% power
- tool's power or opacity are pressure-dependent
- a paper is active
- a mask is active
- the layer is set to some other mode than colour
- the layer is not set to 100% opacity

i'm not sure whether the tool's power or opacity are pressure dependent, this might be the case, how would I know this is affecting it? is there a way to check this?
Re: Color issue when using fill tool
The little square in the tool settings window right next to opacity should be C, not P. (RMB on the square gets you all opions.)

Re: Color issue when using fill tool
I was talking more in general. That setting (pressure etc) of course appears only with bushes.

Re: Color issue when using fill tool
yup I found it after I selected a brush, but this problem only seems to appear when I use the fill tool
