*FEATURE REQUEST: Is there anyway to reorganize commands when editing an action?

It's the first time I ran into this issue, because I needed to reorganize the commands in a bunch of Brushes that I use. But to my surprise I could not change the order of commands in any way! Is there a way to reorder these commands? If not - it is definitely a feature request. Screenshot:

I tried a few things and could not work out any method for editing. So...
