Making New 'Rigging layer' from Layer Preset Manager is Crashing down the TVP12.

Using the shortcut 'Layer Preset - Puppet Layer' has same result.

It seems rigging layer requires the selection from the library, but both action is not opening or connecting the libraray, so as a result, it's crashing I think.

I felt it kind of same the ploblem tvp's crashing when the connection between X-sheet and clips are gone, as I posted before.
