What happened to website?!? Topic is solved

Okay it looks pretty, but what happened to the site? I cannot log in, and changed my password twice. Okay I can log in, but the only to a white on black page with a list of my purchases and no other links. Nothing to click on at all. If I try to buy version 12, it says the shop is under maintenance. It's been that way for a couple of weeks. I have written to TVP twice but no response for two weeks. When I try to find this forum, the link from my software is broken. I have to Google to find it. Seems like there are big problems. Were they hacked?

They undertook a complete redesign, at the same time while shipping out a brand new version, and preparing for visiting Annecy. I guess that was just too much to do. Be patient until next week when they will have returned from Annecy.
