TVP12 - XScale missing from Text Tool? [TVPA-3650] Topic is solved

The XScale parameter is no longer available in the Text Tool. Was this omitted intentionally? I had occasion to use it

It has to be a mistake.
Probably accidently deleted it when making the menu collapsible
