image library is stuck

after opening the image library on my secondary monitor ( a lower resolution cintiq).
the 'floating' panel is stuck under the right side of the monitor.
opening and closing of the panel directly is not possible as the top right (x) button is hidden.
i can open and close with the menu button but it doesn't change anything.

after closing 12 and opening again, the image library is still stuck in the same position.
btw. for some reason i cannot drag the panel with its top bar, it does not react to the mouse.

shutting down the wacom, forces the tvpaint main program panel to the main monitor, but the image library is now completely gone.

if i switch the wacom back on the panel is not there.

but when i drag tvpain onto the wacom suddenly the library panel appears again in the same position as in the above image... stuck.

Not recommanded by TVPaint dev, but when you're really stuck and can't do anything, in the config.ini, search for:

panellibraryimage-winx=
panellibraryimage-winy=

Close TVP
Duplicate the config file.
Modify the coordinates, it will bring the panel where you want when opening TVP again.
