can't do fullscreen in the tvp 12.02 pro version

Hi guys, I am using a win11 pro version pc with 36 gb ram. For some reasons the toggle windows shortcut just does not work at all. Pls help!

Hello Mark, could you write the keyboard sequence for the shortcut you are referring to please?
Also, are you using an imported shortcut set from a previous TVP version?

Hi Dean! Thanks for looking into my case!
As a matter of fact I seem unable to find the "full-screen" shortcut in tvp12.02. I only found the " interface: toggle windows display", which I am assigning it to many keys and they aren't doing things.
And as for importing shortcut set from a previous TVP version. Yes I did that.

Hello Mark, the full screen mode was removed from TVPaint 12 because it led to issues with the new modular interface and it also had som big issue during v11's lifetime.
Now the default fullscreen mode subsists on MacOS but Windows doesn't offer one. Maybe in the future we will take some time to work on an alternative. I understand that using fullscreen can save up some screen estate.
Also since the modular interface can be disabled, maybe fullscreen could become available under this condition. I will need to discuss this with the dev team.

hi guys, just a quick reply for the upcoming newcomers looking for an answer:

Here's a substitute way to achieve it. I used 2 apps:

First, download the broderless gaming app on github, there's a free 9.5 version( the 10.0 version has bugs)

Then, set the app as startup app in its setting. and turn-on the global keys, so it would make any app go fullscreen with win+F6

Lastly, I used the powertoys by windows, it's free as well. In it there's a shortcut swap function, I set it to the keys I prefer.
