My hard drive failed a few weeks ago, and rather than loading my standard Mirage, I decided to load the Mirage pro mailed out by Steve before the ownership readjustment. I sent you guys an e-mail a couple of days ago and supplied my dongle # and my lock code. I have not heard back, so I'm not really even sure if you received my letter. My trial ends in two days and I'm in the middle f a project that I cannot abandon. Can you please advise?
Now I'm not really sure why but I just tried to contact you again, but after filling out the form and sending you my codes. I got an error message stating to "Please make sure form is complete and valid". This message popped a few times after trying to send you my codes.
