I'm using the TVPaint Pro 8.5. There is not B-Spline in the TVPaint Pro 8.5.
BUT,There is B-Spline in the TVPaint Pro 9.
Somebody help me! I need B-Spline Plugin. Could you make it, please?
I will anxiously await B-Spline Plugin.
Again, please.

I doubt someone will write it for free... you can't upgrade to TVPPro 9? It's well worth it!

sell your art, ... (or ice-creams, or pizzas ...) anything and everything,
and you 'll get plenty of money ! enough to buy the tvpa upgrade, and so
to improve your art (at least your productivity), and so to sell more of
your art, at a higher price, ... and so to be able later to pay for the BIG one,
the V.10, in a couple of years . Meanwhile, the 9.x will be free (x = 0 > 5) !
