Bonjour!

Great animation! The use of the chineese brush is a great choice!

so cute !
I don't know the story, so my only critic on what we can see on this extract would be the mosquitoe animation,
his movings are too "smooth" to my eyes, not enough erratic, exasperating,
... you know, ... a mosquitoe that you can keep in sight more than 2 seconds !
how long is the whole film ?
I suppose it's targeted to children audience, isn't it ?

In your work you seem to be trying to make use of pictographs and symbols -- nothing we see represents reality, only thoughts and ideas are visualized, often in an abstract way. This can become a solid base for witty entertainment but also can lead quickly into complicated situations since pictographs are designed by their very nature to be super clear at a glance. So I like the idea you start out with but not so much the execution.
Some are clever, such as the mosquito bites appearing before the body parts are visible, but pictographs are inherently easy to comprehend and can become tiresome unless they come and go in rapid fire successions. Yours linger and get old in two seconds. Another danger of using pictographs is that you will be on the edge of going overboard in stereotypes unless you are very careful. It's the nature of symbols and how they are meant to work. You have been actually careless in my opinion. This little movie could have been made fifty years ago.
Your choice of Oriental music and characters make me feel very uncomfortable (I purposely chose to use "Oriental")-- but I don't know the whole story either -- maybe you have a perfectly good underlying reason for using tired colonial stereotypes. For this reason it is always a good idea to give us more information about your intentions when uploading works in progress.
So I applaud you for wanting to discover clever ways of using animation but if I would be your teacher, I'd recommend that you play more with quick animated sight gags first; 3 or 4 second clips that have clear messages wrapped in clever graphics. Once you make dozens, even a hundred of those you should have a better idea of what it takes and what works -- and only then will it be time to expand those ideas into an entire story.

Excellent le style enfantin et les transitions sont intéressantes.
J'ai pas tout compris, mais c'était bien parti.
