Connection settings command?

I use fade and speed a lot, it's great for drawing nature organic stuff that gets smaller as it grows upwards/outwards. (Tree branches, flowers, leaves etc..)

Is there a command that allows me to change the connection parameters so I can stick that into the action for a button?

That would allow me to have a pallette or tools with duplicate brushes just with different fade/speed values.
