Follow the link to my short animated film. It is a work in progress. The pencil test was created in TVPaint.

This seems another father - son relationship ;-) .
I would like to know a little bit more:
Can you tell us a little bit more about the story ?
And how will the final (character-) design look like ?

And are you willing to tell us sg about you ?

Welcome Wendy, glad yo see you here. :)

It's a a pretty good animatic, fitting very well with "Braveheart" film music.
I'm pretty sure that the recent storyboard and animatic improvement (the scene/clips system) will help you a lot !

Hi,
I currently work in the entertainment industry as an artist and am working toward my Masters degree in Illustration. I took an intro to animation years ago and recently took an Animation Pre-production and Post-production class. I learned a lot and came out with this short film. It is a story of a young Viking girl whose father has died in battle and it is her acceptance of his death. She takes her father's sword, and when she sees the Valkyries coming to collect her father, she realizes that he will need his sword in Valhalla so she runs to return it to him.
I worked entirely in TVPaint to animate this film, which was great.
