Export to Softimage

Post by blibla48 »

I wonder if I'm placing this in the right forums but, here goes:

I have seen that TVPaint has a possibility of exporting to softimage, but I want to know how exactly this works.
Do you export from TVP, and then import directly to Softimage or does it work differently?

I haven't found any information on this so I figured I'd ask here

Hi Blibla48
TVP Animation Pro can export images to the old Softimage .pic picture format ( RGBA 8bits compressed ) http://softimage.wiki.softimage.com/ind ... ile_format" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Go to the export panel and select SOFTIMAGE in the format popup.

I remember at some point there was a Softimage plugin or exporter which allowed to bring UV mashes to TVP, no?
