is it possible to completely remove a stencil and create a new one ? :?:

The "stencil" is nothing you create independantly. It just uses the transparency information of one selected layer and applies it to another (or the same) layer. You just use one layer as a stencil.

If you need to create a different stencil, you have to create a new layer.
