texture creating in tvpa
texture creating in tvpa
I played with a base of perlin + turbulence generator, to get some improbable new textures,
and all I can say is that was fun!
Experimentation is a wide wild land ...

hi MrChoy,MrChoy wrote:I like the last one. Very water coloury!
How do you do this. I don't seem to have Perlin noise in my version of TVP
to generate this one, I used an old (2000, the "AURA" days!) external plugin I've manually installed
in my TVPA plugins folder, and it still works like a charm!...
btw, thanks to TVP team for the ascendant compatibility, clean developpement sign!.
as for perlin, an alternative (free) plugin named "fractal-noise" is existing somewhere ...
but I can't remember where to find it actually.
Fortunately, I think perlin-noise, (as many other filters), should be back soon with the next coming TVP(B?) version ...
stay tuned.
Ah. Much more useful than lens flare or background generator I think. I wonder why they dropped it for this release?ortunately, I think perlin-noise, (as many other filters), should be back soon with the next coming TVP(B?) version ...
stay tuned. Cool
Oh well, in the mean time I got a groovy little app and PShop plug-in called Image styles for some texture work I have been doing recently. I wonder if PShop plugin use will return in the future?
well, I suppose Perlin is not so essencial in a current Animator workflowMrChoy wrote: Ah. Much more useful than lens flare or background generator I think. I wonder why they dropped it for this release?
I can't see any reason why it will not be back,MrChoy wrote:... I wonder if PShop plugin use will return in the future?
I guess with the same restriction we had before (.8bf plugins from PSp v5.5 or earlier)
as I am here, I can't leave without dropping a new one :
