My graduation film :-)
My graduation film :-)
Hi guys,
thought I would just put a link up to our graduation film. It is animated in tvpaint, backgrounds are done in photoshop, and compositing in after effects.
And btw, you can find the other (very cool!) graduation films in the sidebar... Until the one that is called "the backwater gospel", after that it is old stuff from the school. Hope you enjoy!

Re: My graduation film :-)
well funny with good details.
You made me laugh, which doesn't seem to happen much with animation these days.
good job!

Bravissimo !!!
TVpaint is that great… you can render everything…
I might have bet it would have been done using flash or some vectoriel stuff
Cheers !

Actually… I thought by myself (anxiety in mind) : "Jees ! it's incredibly good looking for a vectoriel stuff ??!"
… What a release to be informed that it was bitmap painted
Then… "des goûts et des couleurs" (tastes and colours) … "humor" makes everything bright to me.
(well… maybe not the bézier curves… your must be right )
Re: My graduation film :-)
Thanks! Yeah, we also talked about the style being a bit too "vector", it is a pity... We actually used the lazy nezumi plugin from this forum. So thanks btw to whoever created it It helped us alot in the clean up process.Becasue we didn't have cintiqs unfortunately:roll:

You should thank user Svengali for posting up that link to LazyNezumi.
The app itself is made by kamih, so maybe you can drop him a line.
