Frame Clipping

Hi there, I'm using TVPaint 8.5 pro and I was wondering if there was a way to turn off the clipping of a frame if it goes outside the camera? Not sure if I'm wording this the best way possible but when I'm trying to re-size and move some frames, if they accidentally go outside of the camera area they get cut out. Any info anyone can share will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Have you tried using the KeyFramer?
