Lock Unlock Codec

Hi, I have a problem with the lock and unlock codec.

When i put the codecs show me an error, and it say: There is a problem with your lockcode/unlockcode, please contact TVPaint.

I would like know what i have do

if you can send the update, I'll be very grateful
