I did a drawing (with the pencil tool) and I need to scale it and reposition it. How I do that?

Main Panel - Transform Tools -- Transform tool or Warp tool .

This is covered in the TVP User Manual - section 7-32 - to - 7-34 and in the Appendix to the User Manual (new features in TVP 9.5) - page 18 - to - 20 .

User Manual and Appendix are on your TVP install disc and should have installed into your TVP 9.5 folder when you installed. If you can't find them

... do you know how I transform several frames at the same time, I mean many frames in one action with the same criteria, but not all the frames of the layer, just some frames....

... do you know how I transform several frames at the same time, I mean many frames in one action with the same criteria, but not all the frames of the layer, just some frames....

Select only the frames you want to be transformed by holding down the mouse and selecting the series of frames.
When they are Selected you will see the part of the timeline under the selected frames is in yellow .

Select only the frames you want to transform on the timeline then Apply the Transform and only those frames will be changed, while the frames preceding and the frames following will not be transformed.
