Hi, I'm new to the community and have been using Aura 2.5b for a while now. I was told about tvpaint animation and wanted to download the demo. It seems when I go through the procedure it and get to the end that in french it say's there is a error.
I just tried it, and I went through in french and english, although both confimartion pages were in english - it did indeed send the email with the link to download the TVP Animation demo.
Perhaps you did not see that you Have to select your country of origin ?

as evar said, be sure to have picked a country in the the country field.
