Hi ... im a newbie here, i wanted to do a dolly camera movement in a scene and I dont know how to rotate a plane on the multiplane camera FX (or if it is even possible) to be the floor to animate the camera.

yes I`ve read...but what I wanted to do is rotate a plane in the z axis so i can move the camera above it

and it dosent say how to do it in the user guide (I understand the way the multiplane camera works..I just cant find how to do this)

In TVPaint Animation 9.5 the camera is always perpendicular to the planes, there is no way to change that.

It sounds like you are trying to rotate the multiplane camera in 3D space, which you can't do in TVPaint.
