Anyone who uses windows might be interested to see this Keynote address at the Windows 8 Build Conference this week which provides a very interesting first look at what Micro$oft has been doing in response to the phenomenal successes of Apple.
This streaming replay of the Keynote address shows over two hours of demonstrations for developers who will be building the next generation applications for Windows. The principle speaker - head of Windows development - is no Steve Jobs, but he and his team of presenters show off a fascinating new, (optional) touch based direction for windows with an immersion in the alternate, new "Metro" look.

Sorry, no conference for me and Firefox users, but I can confirm that TVPaint Animation works fine with Windows 8 beta.Windows 8 Build Conference Keynote wrote:Doh! Your browser doesn't seem to support Silverlight or HTML5 video or we don't have an HTML5 video for this one.

Hervé,
I've watched parts of the streaming video on several different computers, all using Firefox without problem. Hmm. All of them also had Silverlight installed though.
