The new Chinese brush and the Ink Watercolour brush are great!

Thank you Ben :D

You will notice that there are no defined colors anymore with the tool bin brushes (except for the "funny tools").

I had tried exporting out a test AVI at both '1' and '100' and they both created an AVI that was 73.8mb so was getting confused. Then the same clip as an AVI (DirectShow) uncompressed file was 73.9mb.
However, all three look exactly the same (sharp and perfect!)
So I guess I should just shut up now! :D
Compression only affect the compression ratio if you select motion-jpeg.
Otherwise the file is not compressed at all and the compression setting is ignored.
Quicktime is DEAD. Get over it and move on !

The compression works only with Motion-JPEG mode. I assume this is a bit confusing...

BUG REPORT?

I seem to have a re-emergence of a previously reported and resolved bug (in 9.5.20 HERE).

The backgrounds for my icons have gone missing again in TVPaint Pro 10.

It's not a bug, it's just the new V10 interface :D

:? :(
On a darker interface (like the Mirage-setting) it makes the thumbnails very hard to read. And a lot of my thumbnails, mostly the ones that are custom made, are missing entirely in the interface. Please tell me that can't be intentional, can it?

That's why we added the "Lorraine's Sky" color scheme. It's darker than the V9.5 color scheme but lighter than the Mirage one.

Yes it is, because users asked us to have enlightened icons. So now, when you select a custom tool, it becomes yellow (with Lorraine's sky color scheme).

And for icons to disappear entirely? I'll post a screenshot later.

In spite of this weirdness of the new GUI I still stuck to the black background because I like to work in the dark so much I wouldn't move to Loraine (been there in the 60's -- always overcast). I got used to the dimmed icons and actually grew fond of them -- it keeps my cluttered space less cluttered. :|
