In TVPaint go to "Edit->Preferences->Startup" and select "Startup panel". Now restart TVPaint, you'll see the startup panel.
In this panel click on the name of your current configuration to open the configuration popup and go to "Use configurations of an other version and select your old version ( tvp animation 9.5 ). Then click OK.

Thanks Eric,

The method I used (copying custom panels through tvpx and saving out the shortcut-key file) seems to have done the trick for me although your way sounds much quicker! Maybe other users will be able to take advantage of this time-saver.

I wonder if you have any comment on the other question concerning information on the new commands in George? Is there a projected date when that documentation will be released?

And a final note:There was a problem with some of my custom Buttons that call scripts which used my standard INCLUDE file (listed as the last line in the scripts). All those scripts failed to find the INCLUDE file even though though it was present under the George folder.

I simply reentered the script's name in the button instruction list and the script was able to find the INCLUDE file... I was prepared to do the same to all the other buttons that use scripts with an INCLUDE file but was surprised to discover they all were now able to find the Include file and began working as the should!

Perhaps TVPaint just needed to be told once where to look for the INCLUDE file? :?

The way the transform tool works has changed.
In tvpaint 9.5 when I use the transform tool, is automatically creates a new frame, so your previous frames are not affected.
In tvpaint 10 the transform tool doesn't create a new frame when you transform an image.
Why is this changed?
The other tools don't work this way...
Mac OS 13.4.1 , Mac Studio 2023, 32GB RAM, Wacom Cintiq 27 QHD (no touch), Wacom Driver 6.4.2-4.

Because most of people used the transform tool to apply it on an animation and those animations are usually with 12 images doubled.

So, before, applying the transform tool broke all instances. Now, it only applies on heads.
Well, maybe should it be an option to check in the tool panel ? (Head / frames)

It definitely should be an option!

Alternatively I'd like an option to have "recompute" automatically applied after each use of transform or FX stack.
TVP 10.0.18 and 11.0 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6
TVP 11.0 and 11.7 MacPro 12core 3GHz 32GB OS 10.11 Quicktime 10.7.3
TVP 11.7 Mac Mini M2pro 32GB OS 13.5

As a TVPaint 9.5 user, use the "Apply FX" button from the Animator panel =)

On TVPaint 10, you can choose to apply your FX on frames or instance's heads only.

I have another question about tvpaint 10:

When I want to export 1 frame to a psd file with multiple layers, I choose:
export>clip:layer structure, format psd. But, whatever I choose, sequence (mark in 1, mark out also 1) or single image, it always exports EVERY frame of my animation into one psd file in stead of the one frame I want.
Now I first have to throw away every other frame I don't want in the file to make a psd file.
Is this a bug?

If the behavior is not like with the 9.5 version, yes, it is probably a bug.

We will check this, thank you for the report !

nb : in addition of other small improvements, in the TVPaint Animation 10.0.2, the transform tool and the perspective tool can be applied on a group.

Is there a list of the fixes for 10.0.2?
