tutorials not working

I know this was discussed back in March 2011,
Tutorial links - broken links
but the one I have gotten up to, "how to use animation tools" only downloads as junk.
Can this be addressed again?

yes, I got the page, but when I try to download the _running kid to work on, this is what I get:

should I just work the tutorial without downloading _running kid....?

Just right click the link and select "Save linked file as..." or something similar depending on your browser.

What browser are you using? It downloads as a TVP file for me, just by clicking on it. You can also right click and select "Save as..." or whatever it might be for your browser
