Unable to open or save files [solved]

Hi to All,
First off...i would like to say that i'm absolutely amazed by TVPaint and the work i've seen done with it.

Not sure if this is where i should come with my problem... this is the first forum i've ever joined so please bare with me.

Just purchased TVPaint 10 for mac. Was running demo for a bit and was aware of not being able to open or save files with demo.
So i was excited to receive the unlock code and everything seems fine except that "open" and "save or save as" does not work.
Does not work with system menu, tvpaint menu or even the icons.
As well as "temp directory" in preferences. I'm at a loss so any help or input would be much appreciated.

Things i've tried: re-install, restart, moving usb key and searching forum/website.

The simplest and most basic thing had me flustered.

I have multi plane camera effect figured out but couldn't figure this out...sheeesh.

Hi!

What about the false alarm, did you solve it?
I have same problems as you had, if I'm using the systems file requester (set in the preferences) I'm unable to use save, save as or open, it works fine with TVPaints own file requester but not with the systems.
I am using TVPaint 10 pro v. 10.0.1 running osx 10.7.2
is this a bug?

I think it must be a bug then cause that's what's happening.

I'm just happy it's working right now by using TVPaint requester.
Don't know what else to do and don't really mind using it that way.

Sorry i couldn't help but if you find a way around it please let me know...i'll do the same.

I still get the bug.

Using TVPaint 10.0.2 on Mac OS 10.7.2 I can not use the Mac file requester .

Also, I can not set temp directory in Preferences. . Click on "Set" temp directory and nothing happens.

I don't have such a problem, neither with TVPaint 10.0.2 nor with TVPaint 10.0.3... =/
