unlock code does not work? [Solved]

Recently I purchased TVPaint 10. Works beautifully. Downloaded the 10.2 version and when asked to input unlock code (correctly) will not accept and defaults to previous screen. Is the dongle partially or fully responsible? I am at a loss as to why after the original worked, the update does not?????

What is the message you obtain ?
What do you mean by "defaults to previous screen" ?
Do you have the problem on the software our on the website ?

It's a bit difficult for us to understand where your problem is.

Here is what I do: Dongle inserted, double-click to open TVP10.02, Screen after project choices shows tvpaint not registered, input unlock key and username, small box pops up asking for unlock key. it is circular and will not register the product. I can input unlock key and user name indefinitely with the same results........will not register product.

Do you TYPE the unlock code, or copy/paste it ?

There seems to be a bug when pasting the unlock code, so try typing it.

ok, all the registrations problems on Mac 10.7 should be fixed in the next update.

Fabrice and team, It seems that on the mac version of 10.2 each time the program is started unlock code and user name is needed to start. Can use in trial mode.
Each time I start TVPaint 10-02 I am required to input unlock code and my user name. Is this related to the next update for the mac version?
